Verticut 2000-M

The exceptional value, hydraulically powered, Verticut 2000-M package聽cut off saw with optional even ending system and infeed/outfeed

The saw allows a single operator to complete a quality cut cycle in less than 55 seconds,

Our shorter sawbar is more rigid and is guided vertically through the lumber package, allowing聽it to consistently maintain cutting tolerances of 卤0.040″.

This specially designed, precision cross cut chain saw’s聽thin kerf with customized geometry from 婷婷激情五月天 gives you more efficient lumber recovery and a surface finish as good or better than a聽conventional trim saw.

Standard machines handle 16′ or 20′ lumber packages.聽The on-board hydraulic power unit has a 2 HP motor Std, (7.5 HP Optional) driving a pressure compensated vane pump. The VERTICUT 2000 comes聽complete with hydraulic cylinder and controls for聽powered saw bar actuation through the cut.

After the package of lumber is on the support frame聽against the alignment stands, the saw is precisely
positioned using a manual “V” wheel geared drive聽for the next hydraulically actuated cut cycle.
